These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.aquarich.net (the “Site”), including browsing K-beauty products, placing orders for hydrating skincare, and interacting with our services.   1. Use of the Site

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes; no scraping, hacking, or unauthorized access.

  • All Korean skincare products (body lotion, body wash, face cream, body oil) are described accurately; colors/textures may vary slightly due to screens.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors.
  1. Orders and Payment
  • Orders are offers to purchase; we confirm acceptance via email.
  • Payments processed securely via paystack; you authorize charges for approved orders.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping to confirmed addresses only; standard delivery 5-15 business days globally.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handover; track via confirmation email.
  • Import duties/taxes are your responsibility.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • 30-day returns for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
  • Return shipping prepaid by you; refunds issued to original payment method within 7 days of receipt.
  • No returns on final sale items, personalized products, or opened skincare (hygiene policy).
  • Damaged/defective items: Contact us within 7 days with photos for replacement.
  1. Limited Warranty

Products warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Excludes misuse, normal wear, or improper storage.

  1. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, K-beauty branding) is owned by Aqua Rich Cosmetics, J.J Trading Korea, or licensors. Personal use permitted; commercial use prohibited without written consent.

  1. User Content

Reviews/photos you submit become our property (non-exclusive license). We may remove inappropriate content.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Site/products provided “AS IS”; no warranties beyond stated above.
  • Liability capped at order value.
  • Not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
  1. Governing Law

These Terms governed by Texas, USA law. Disputes resolved in Austin, TX courts (or arbitration if required).

  1. Force Majeure

No liability for delays due to acts of God, strikes, supply shortages, or pandemics.
